I am so Fond of potatoes that i try and make them in as different ways as possible to my human mind. so after a lot of experimenting and tasting i have come across this easy and tasty recipe of jeera aloo.
I am sharing this with you today and i hope you all would like it.

Boiled potatoes - 2 large
cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
asofotedia - a Pinch
salt - Acc to taste
kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/4 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon to garnish
water - 1 tablespoon
How to make
Take a Pan or Wok.
Add Oil and heat it to smoking point
(if you are using any other oil just heat it for a minute no need to heat it to smoking point)
Add mustard seeds.
Add cumin seeds when mustard seeds begin to crackle.
Now add all the powdered spices, fenugreek leaves with 1 tbsp of water.
saute for 10 seconds
Now add potatoes which are cut in cubes.
saute on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
serve with hot chapatis .
